Usage Report

Overview

The "Usage History" and "Credit History" for all the processed loan application from the account can be viewed from "Usage Report".

To view "Usage Report" go to Admin > Billing > Usage Report.



The "Usage Report" screen will display as shown below. The Total Credits, Total Usage and Balance are displayed at the top, on the Usage Report screen.

Usage History

Click on the "Usage History" button to view the billing details per loan application. 

To view all the records under Usage History check the checkbox for "View All". All the records will be shown as below:



The "Usage Total" will be displayed at the bottom. 



To view records within a specific date range, select the "From Date" and "To Date" from the calendar.

Select "From Date" from the calendar.

Select "To Date" from the calendar and click on  button. The usage history within the selected date range is displayed.

Credit History

In the "Credit History" tab you can view the total number of credit units with you and the amount in $. Click on the "Credit History" button.

To view all the records under Credit History check the checkbox for "View All". The Credit History will be shown as below:



To view records within a specific date range, select the "From Date" and "To Date". Select "From Date" from the calendar.

Select "To Date" from the calendar and click on  button. The Credit History within the selected date range will be displayed.

You can export the "Credit History" as well as "Usage History" to the excel by clicking on the "Export to Excel" button.

The details will be exported to Excel as shown below:

Note:

All the amounts mentioned in the above screenshots are for illustration only. The actual billing amount may vary.

The Balance units will be displayed in the LoanBeam Dashboard against "Units Remaining".



You can filter the usage report as well as clear filter using the Filter and Clear Filter option. You can drag and drop the column headers to the Grouping Area to group the usage report. You can also setup columns to be displayed from the Column Setup button.

 The "Number of Records" and "Client Account Number" will be displayed at the bottom of the grid.
