A record of details such as Username, Time, Machine IP, etc. is maintained in the "Event Logs" tab.
To view a log of events, hover over the username in the Dashboard and navigate to Admin > User Management > Event Logs as shown below:
The Event Logs window will display as shown below:
View All Records
To view all the events check the option for "View All". If the "View All" option is selected the options "From Date", "To Date" and "Go" button are disabled.
Logging event details such as User Name, Machine IP, Event Name, Event Time and Event Status are displayed here:
- User Name: name of the user who performed the event
- Machine IP: IP address of the machine used to perform the event
- Event Name: action performed
- Event Time: shows date and time when the event occurred
- Event Status: shows the status of the event either Failed or Success
You cannot edit any fields of the logging events manually.
View Specific Records
You can specify the date range within which you want to view the records by selecting "From Date" and "To Date" from the.
Select the beginning date.
Select the end date.
Click on the "View Result" button. The logging events within the specified date range are displayed as shown below:
Export to Excel
To export the data to Excel, click on the button. The logging details will be exported to Excel as shown below:
You can filter the event logs as well as clear filter using the Filter and Clear Filter option. You can drag and drop the column headers to the Grouping Area to group the log report. You can also setup columns to be displayed from the Column Setup button.
The "Number of Records" and "Client Account Number" are displayed at the bottom of the grid.
