Installation of the Excel Add-in is part of the initial setup of your access. If this step was not completed, go the Dashboard. Hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Click “Admin”.
On the left side of the screen, click “Account Setup”. The menu item “Download Excel Add-in” should be underlined in orange.
Click the green “Download” button beneath that, and the process will begin. If you do not see “Account Setup” on your screen, contact your account administrator to determine next steps.
Please note that you will need administrative rights to your computer to install the Excel Add-in.
